Keep frozen. After thawing, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.

Heating instructions:

To reduce heating times, transfer the food from the freezer to the refrigerator one day in advance. 

 Microwave

 1. Keep the food in the container and remove the lid.

2. Use defrost setting if the food is completely frozen. 

3. The portion you prefer to heat and set aside the rest for future use.

4. Cover the container with a microwave-safe lid or microwaved safe plastic wrap. Leave a small vent for steam to escape.

5. Heat for 2 – 4 minutes for small portions, heat for 4 – 6 for larger portions. 

 Stovetop

1. Place the food in a saucepan or skillet, over medium heat. We recommend add a tablespoon of water before to prevent sticking.

2. Cover the pan to retain heat and moisture. 

3. Heat until fully warmed, approximately 8 – 10 minutes. 

 

 

At Healthy Scoops, we want your shopping experience to be as light as our meals. That's why we have established the following parameters for zones, prices, and schedules for orders and deliveries:

Orders: 

Orders placed through our website or any of our sales channels will be processed and dispatched the next day as long as it’s submitted before 11:00 a.m.

Monday orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Delivery:

We deliver from Monday to Friday. Deliveries start from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Our delivery route is predetermined, and within this timeframe, our team will contact you to coordinate the delivery.

The delivery cost is $10 to any destination within the city of Chicago. The cost to the suburbs is $15.

If your area is not within our delivery limits, please contact us for curbside pickup details.

Curbside Pick Up:  

You can pick up your orders in person at our address at Schiller Park, IL 60176.

Only available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 9 pm.
