How does our service work?

You choose your favorite frozen meals on our website. We prepare and deliver them directly to your door. You just need to heat them according to the instructions to enjoy a delicious and healthy meal.

How many servings do our proteins provide?

Most of our meals are designed to provide two or three servings, is going to depend on your portion preferences.

What days do we deliver?

We deliver from Monday to Friday. Deliveries start from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Orders placed through our website or any of our sales channels will be processed and dispatched the next day as long as it’s submitted before 11:00 a.m. Monday orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Do we deliver to the suburbs?

Yes we do, if your area is not within our delivery limits, please contact us for curbside pickup details.

What is the delivery cost?

The delivery cost is $10 to any destination within the city of Chicago, and the cost to the suburbs is $15.

Are the meals precooked and only need to be heated?

Yes, all our meals are precooked and only need to be reheated following the instructions on the packaging.

How long can the meals last in the refrigerator?

Our frozen meals are designed to be stored in the freezer for up to six months. Once thawed, they can be kept in the refrigerator for up to five days before being consumed.

What are the main ingredients in our meals?

We use fresh and natural ingredients, without additives or preservatives, to offer you healthy and delicious meals with authentic Latin flavors.

Are our meals suitable for special diets (gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.)?

Yes, we offer options for various dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Check the labels of each product for more details.

How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order on our website. Simply select your favorite meals -Select your scoops-, add them to your cart -Scoops Selection-, and follow the checkout process.

Do you offer meal subscriptions?

So far, no, but we are working on it to ensure a more user-friendly purchasing process for all our regular customers.
