Ground Beef Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  • Healthy Scoops Ground Beef Stuffed Peppers
  • Bell peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed
  • Cooked quinoa or rice
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a skillet, mix the ground turkey with the quinoa or rice.
  3. Stuff the Peppers:
    • Stuff the bell peppers with the turkey mixture, pressing down to fill them completely.
    • Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish.
  4. Top with Cheese:
    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of each stuffed pepper.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
