Chicken Patty Salad

Ingredients:

  • Healthy Scoops Chicken patties
  • Mixed salad greens
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salsa Verde Healthy Scoops
  • Salt and pepper

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Patties:
    • Heat the ready-to-eat chicken patties in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
    • Slice the warmed chicken patties into strips.
  2. Assemble the Salad:
    • In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. Add the Chicken:
    • Top the salad with the sliced chicken patties.
  4. Add Cheese and Dressing:
    • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
    • Drizzle with our Salsa Verde
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve:
    • Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients.
