Ingredients:

- Mixed salad greens

- Salsa Verde Healthy Scoops
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken Patties:
- Heat the ready-to-eat chicken patties in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Slice the warmed chicken patties into strips.
- Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add the Chicken:
- Top the salad with the sliced chicken patties.
- Add Cheese and Dressing:
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
- Drizzle with our Salsa Verde
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
