Ingredients:
- 10oz of Healthy Scoops Ground Turkey
- Corn tortillas (or your preference)
- 1 ripe avocado
- Lemon to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Healthy Scoops Cilantro sauce (optional)
Instructions:

Heat the ground turkey:
- We recommend thawing your turkey the day before to reduce heating time.
- If it’s already thawed, simply heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Prepare the fresh ingredients:
- Dice the lemon and avocado to your liking.

Assemble the Tacos:
- Heat the tortillas on a grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes until they are warm and flexible.
- Then, add a generous portion of the ground turkey to each tortilla.

Add the Toppings:
- Place the avocado, squeeze a bit of lemon, and add our cilantro sauce if you want to give it a fresh and creamy touch.
