Ground Turkey Tacos

Ingredients:
  • 10oz of Healthy Scoops Ground Turkey
  • Corn tortillas (or your preference)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Lemon to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Healthy Scoops Cilantro sauce (optional)
Instructions:
  • Heat the ground turkey: 
    • We recommend thawing your turkey the day before to reduce heating time.
    • If it’s already thawed, simply heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Prepare the fresh ingredients:
    • Dice the lemon and avocado to your liking.
  • Assemble the Tacos:
    • Heat the tortillas on a grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes until they are warm and flexible. 
    • Then, add a generous portion of the ground turkey to each tortilla.
  • Add the Toppings:
    • Place the avocado, squeeze a bit of lemon, and add our cilantro sauce if you want to give it a fresh and creamy touch.
  • Enjoy!
    • Now you have delicious ground turkey tacos, ready in under 10 minutes, with the confidence that you are eating something tasty, nutritious, and full of energy.
